The AMX 240 combines a full-featured audio source selector panel, high-fidelity intercom, and marker beacon receiver into a clean, intuitive design built around Avidyne’s “Flying Made Simple” philosophy. Large, LED-backlit buttons provide excellent readability in all lighting conditions, while a logical layout allows pilots to manage audio quickly and confidently without unnecessary head-down time.

With three transmitter inputs, nine receiver inputs, dual stereo music inputs, and five unswitched inputs, the AMX 240 offers flexible audio management for even the most demanding cockpit environments. A six-place, high-fidelity stereo intercom, public address (PA) capability, Bluetooth® music streaming, and full-duplex cell phone interface ensure clear communication both inside and outside the aircraft.

Advanced features such as dual-radio monitoring allow pilots to listen to standby frequencies on IFD-Series radios, while the dedicated Split button enables the pilot and copilot to transmit independently on separate radios.
